What is the standard shipping timeframe for lighting fixtures?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, though specialized chandeliers may require additional handling time.

Are your light bulbs and fixtures covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Mases Lighting fixtures come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Specific LED products may feature extended warranties of up to 5 years.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the domestic region. Please contact our support team for a custom quote if you require international delivery for a large project.

What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or custom-cut LED strips cannot be returned.

Do I need a professional electrician to install my new lights?

For safety and warranty compliance, we strictly recommend that all hardwired lighting fixtures be installed by a licensed professional electrician.
