At Mases Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the lighting products are in their original, unused condition and packed securely in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
